At Life Fountain, we serve you in Spanish and English throughout the Twin Cities metro area.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does CFSS include?<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Help with daily activities: bathing, dressing, eating, and getting around<\/li><li>Support with care-related household tasks<\/li><li>Companionship and supervision according to each person's plan<\/li><li>The option to hire family members as caregivers (including spouses or parents of minors)<\/li><li>Personal Emergency Response System (PERS)<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who qualifies for CFSS?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To access CFSS, you need Medical Assistance (MA), the Alternative Care (AC) program, or, in certain cases, MinnesotaCare. An assessment is required to determine your needs.
